Cultural activities
Since Youth league branch was established in 2009, we've play assorted of beneficial cultural programs weekly as well as carrying out all sorts of competitions in order to build up teamwork and its cohesion.

We hold heart to heart conversation monthly through which brings us closer and know more about each other, more trend of youth. We always care what the young staffs think, help enterprise management talents and scheme for human resources management policy. Those events do not only solve employees ‘emergencies but also make contribution for the maturity of enterprise culture and enterprise staff cohesion
Through youth representatives' forum, "youth BBS" and 'how I can color Xuan Exhibition & Display' speech contest etc, we widely ask for staff advice. Based on the subject of "the new period the communist youth league work" and coping with the league group spirit, we hold league leaders seminar to further dig out, think, summarize and interact after discussion, be union and exploring-minded. |
