In May 28, 2011, organized by the volunteers association of Minhang, Xinzhuang Peoples Government and undertaken by"hand in hand" Shanghai Volunteers Service Centre, this event was officially called the curtain in No.1 block, hall of Shanghai Zhongsheng Trade Market. Mr.Sun Chao, the district party committee secretary, Ms.Zhao Danni,the district party committee standing committee and minister of the propaganda department, and Mr. Lin Longbin, the establishment of diplomatic relations committee secretary of the party committee attended the event, together with certain members assigned to come by Youth League of District, unveil the signboard for shanghai volunteers service centre.
