"Let‘s be happy volunteers!"Carnival of Volunteers

In November 5th of 2011, "Let‘s be happy volunteers!"Carnival of Volunteers was held in Shanghai Grand Theatre, attracting over 10,000 public participation. The city volunteers association consists of 17 districts and counties volunteers associations, 33 volunteer service bases, 45 volunteer service (total) teams, 12 civilized industries, units, 13 folk non-profit organizations and other public non-profit institution 7 , total 128 organizations had organized more than 130 service programs.
