“2011 Shanghai Volunteer Service Development Forum “ entitled "Volunteering Culture and Value Orientation" was held in December 5th of 2011.The attendee are the respective ones from regional volunteers association, the teams from different cities,some service bases,folk volunteers  organization and their representatives, totally over 30 guests and approximate 300 volunteers in the forum.
